2. Service Description

On vesperaseven.com, the Service Provider makes digital content available (sci-fi series episodes, image content, bonus material). A portion of the content is free (S0E01-02, S1E01-02 episodes); access to additional content requires a one-time payment.

3. Access Tiers

• Guest: read free episodes without registration.
• Registered Member: free episodes + reading progress tracking + feedback rights. Email-based magic-link authentication.
• All Access (Reader): one-time HUF 7,000 / USD 20 purchase, all episodes (including future episodes and seasons) forever.
• Supporter (lifetime): HUF 25,000 / USD 70 one-time, All Access + bonus content + early access + image archive.

4. Payment

Payment is processed exclusively through Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. (Ireland), our payment gateway. Accepted methods: Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay. The Service Provider does not store your card details — only Stripe does, in PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant infrastructure. After purchase you receive an automated electronic invoice via email. For EU-registered businesses, reverse-charge VAT applies and is indicated on the invoice.

5. Right of Withdrawal

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal after digital content purchase, provided you have consumed less than 25% of the content. To exercise this right, email [email protected]. Refund within 14 days via the original payment method.

6. Acceptable Use

• Personal, non-commercial use is permitted.
• Redistribution, public display, paid or free reselling of content is prohibited.
• Bulk downloading via automated tools (scripts, bots) is prohibited.
• Unauthorized access sharing (multiple persons simultaneously using one account) may result in access revocation without refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All content (screenplays, images, audio, design, code) is protected by copyright. © 2026 Polyák Csaba. User access grants viewing rights only; no transfer of ownership or distribution rights occurs.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service Provider strives for continuous service availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Not liable for downtime caused by third-party services (Cloudflare, Stripe, Resend) or force majeure.

10. Dispute Resolution

Disputes are first addressed through direct communication with the Service Provider. If unresolved, the competent Hungarian conciliation body is: Szabolcs-Szatmár-Bereg County Conciliation Body (bekeltetes-szabolcs.hu). EU consumers may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

11. Modifications

The Service Provider may modify these terms unilaterally. Material changes will be notified by email to registered users 30 days before taking effect.
